Mindanao's Best · Filipino Cuisine

A little piece of the islands in Myrtle Point.

Family owned and family run by Marites and Dave Harvey. Marites grew up with these recipes in Mindanao, and every dish leaves the kitchen the way she would serve it at her own table.

The Story

Cooked from scratch, served like family.

Mindanao's Best opened its doors at 525 Spruce Street with one simple idea, to share real home cooking from the southern Philippines with the town. Reviewers who lived in the Philippines call the food authentic, and regulars call it a hidden treasure.

Come hungry, order at the counter, and look around. The dining hall doubles as a stage for live music, and the shop next door is part of the same family.
